September 27 (Bloomberg) -- Fannie Mae Chief Executive Officer Daniel Mudd talks with Bloomberg's Peter Cook in Washington about the state of the U.S. housing market, the prospects for raising Fannie's mortgage portfolio cap and the outlook for legislation to create a new regulator for the government-sponsored enterprises.
