The opposite of Cliff Diving.

Dow up just under 1000 points.

S&P 500 up about 100 points, and over 1000.

We will see over the next few days if the credit markets have thawed. This will be critical for the economy going forward.

However, the economic data will continue to be negative as the recession deepens.
