Mortgage rates are fresh off their best week since early March in terms of outright improvement. The catch is that they were at the highest levels since late 2018 immediately before that. ... • At 8:30 AM, Trade Balance report for February from the Census Bureau. The consensus is the trade deficit to be $88.7 billion. The U.S. trade deficit was at $89.7 billion in January.
• At 10:00 AM, the ISM Services Index for March.
